A site map is nothing but the details of your all pages. A sitemap helps the Search Engine to crawl a website or blog.
Why I add sitemap to google:
Let Google know about your blog. Adding sitemap is one of the best ways to increase traffic. All we want to know how google sees our site, how google index our site. Google Webmaster Tools allow you to get the detail report and interact with Search Engine spider.
How I submit sitemap to Google:
Google webmasters tools allow you to submit all your URLs to the Google index and get detailed reports about the visibility of your pages on Google. Let us see how to submit sitemap to google:
Step 1: Create an account with google
Step 2: Open page http://www.google.com/webmasters/ and sign up
Step 3: Log in to google account and click “webmasters Tool”
Step 4: Enter your URL and click “Add site”

Step 6: Copy the Meta Tag.

Step 7: Log in to your blogger account.. Click “Edit HTML” and paste the Meta Tag in your template just after <$BlogMetaData$> in the first section of the page and before section just like following

Step 9: click “Add a Sitemap”

Step 10: Select "Add General Web Sitemap"

HOW TO REQUEST FOR REISSUE OF ADSENSE CHECK

A good number of publishers do not receive check due to various reasons and make a request to Google for reissue of check. Their requests are accepted but nothing happened afterwards. Obviously they are apprehensive. I would like to discuss on the reissue of check.
Suppose, you have opted to receive check through Standard delivery (Ordinary Post). For any reason you have not received the check in a reasonable time. Now you have to request for reissue of check. For example if your check was issued on March 26th, you can request for reissue of check after April 25th. As soon as they receive your request a reissue, you will get an automated email that your request has been accepted. There are so many requests. They will verify one by one and will make sure the check is not cashed. Suppose you have received the check just after making a request for reissue. The check can be cashed if your request is pending for verification. Once I received check just after request for reissue of check and I was able to cash. After verification if they found the check has not been cashed, they will first stop payment. Google will credit back into your AdSense account and you will see it in your payment history. Remember, they will not send you the check immediately. You will receive it in the next payment cycle. So you have to wait to receive your payment because the error is on the publisher’s fault. If there is any fault on the part of Google they will reissue a check immediately.
